Marina Fish Chips & More, Saundersfoot: Great Food, But I Found It Pricey

Stop scrolling and come and join me on my next honest food experience in Saundersfoot. I'm at the Marina Fish Chips & More.

There are a lot of mixed opinions about this chip shop on my page, and when that happens there is only one thing for it. I have to go and experience it myself.

Inside

My initial feeling was good. It looked very clean, very tidy, and there are lovely views across the harbour from the seating area. The service from the gentleman who served us was absolutely fantastic.

What we had

The children's sausage and chips went down very, very well.

Then the chips and the cod bites, which were not my choice. Look at the size of them. Apparently they were absolutely divine and I was told the chips were very, very tasty.

Mine was the jumbo sausage and batter with chips and curry sauce. All of it was very tasty and it blew my taste buds away. I absolutely loved that curry sauce.

Being honest

I absolutely loved my experience here. But I am going to be straight with you, because that is the whole point of what I do: I felt it was a bit pricey for the food and for the locality.

That is my honest opinion and yours may be different, which is exactly why I want to hear it.

The verdict

Great food, fantastic service, and a seating area with views that are hard to beat. Worth trying for yourself and making your own mind up. Let me know your thoughts below.

The verdict

Loved the food and the views. But I felt it was a bit pricey for the locality.

Nine holes, brilliant sound effects, an RNLI hole that caught me out, and it is indoors so the Welsh weather cannot ruin it.
